Introduction and Intended Use

Tended Health Pro ("the app," "we," "our") is a personal caregiving companion designed for family caregivers, private duty individuals, and people caring for aging parents or loved ones at home. It is built to help personal caregivers organize medication schedules, log care observations, track health patterns, and document daily caregiving activities for their own reference.

Tended Health Pro is not a HIPAA-covered service. It is not designed for, marketed to, or intended to be used by healthcare covered entities (including home health agencies, medical practices, hospitals, or hospices) or their business associates. It is a personal productivity and caregiving organization tool only.

Because Tended Health Pro is built as a local-first application, this policy is straightforward: we do not collect, transmit, or store any information you enter on any server.

By using Tended Health Pro, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and that you are using the app as a personal caregiving tool, not as part of a covered entity's operations under HIPAA.

Not Medical Advice

Tended Health Pro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The information, tools, and documentation features in this app are for personal organizational purposes only. Nothing in this app should be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

Always consult a qualified and licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions, medication changes, or emergency situations. In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Information We Do Not Collect

Tended Health Pro does not collect any of the following:

• Names, dates of birth, or contact information of caregivers or care recipients
• Medication names, dosages, schedules, or administration records
• Health metrics, vital signs, pain scores, or clinical observations
• Care event logs, wound documentation, or behavioral notes
• Device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data
• Usage patterns, session data, or analytics of any kind
• Payment information of any kind

How Your Data is Stored

Tended Health Pro uses your device's browser local storage to save the information you enter. This means:

• Data is stored directly on your phone, tablet, or computer
• Data persists between app sessions so your records are available each time you open the app
• Data is not automatically backed up to any cloud service
• Data may be lost if you clear your browser storage, uninstall the app, or switch devices

You can export a full backup of your data at any time from Settings → Data & Transfer → Export / Backup. This creates an encrypted file saved to your device that you control entirely. You can use this backup to restore your data on a new device.

You can permanently delete all stored data at any time from Settings → Data & Transfer → Clear All Data.

Payment Processing

If you purchase Tended Health Pro through the Google Play Store, payment is processed by Google. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card information. Your purchase is subject to Google Play's terms and privacy policy.

We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made — no payment details of any kind.

No Advertising or Analytics

Tended Health Pro contains no advertising of any kind. We do not work with advertisers, ad networks, or data brokers. Your use of the app generates no revenue for us through advertising.

Tended Health Pro contains no analytics software. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or any other analytics platform. We have no visibility into how you use the app, how often you open it, or what features you use.

Children's Privacy

Tended Health Pro is designed for adults in personal caregiving roles. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a parent or guardian who believes a child has used this app, please contact us and we will help you remove any locally stored data.

Your Rights and Controls

Because all data is stored on your device and we collect nothing, you have complete control at all times:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app at all times
• Export: Export a full copy of your data from Settings → Data & Transfer
• Delete: Clear all data instantly from Settings → Data & Transfer → Clear All Data
• Correction: Edit any entry directly within the app at any time
• Portability: Your exported backup file is in a standard format you can read and use independently

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and note the change in the app's version release notes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Because Tended Health Pro collects no personal information, changes to this policy are unlikely to affect you in practice. Your data will always remain on your device and under your control.
